Hi I own a small caravan park in cumbria just remember caravans depreciate like cars and make sure you have all caravan park rules and regulations in writing and speak to a few different caravan owners on the park and find out if you can sublet or sell the caravan yourself on site and what age it has to be removed from the park if you need to know any more please ask.
